We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that formal gowns must be returned in their original garment bags to be eligible for a full refund.

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available if you have an upcoming event deadline.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may request a change within 2 hours of placement; however, once an order has reached the warehouse for fulfillment, it cannot be modified.
